    USA Pro Cycling Challenge | Stage 5 Quality breakaway consisting of Andy Schleck, Ivan Basso, Thomas Peterson and Laurens Ten Dam (Javier Acevedo having been kicked out the break by Schleck and Basso).  Co-operation failed them in the final kilometres and they were swept up by the sprinting pack.
