Frank Schleck was found to have paid 7000 Euros to the infamous Dr Fuentes but denied it was for anything to do with doping, rather training advice.
Fuentes is a gynaecologist and as far as I know Frank is a boy.
The Italy jokes likely stem from the fact that it was the Italian anti-drugs police who performed the hotel raid on the team (CSC at the time) ahead of the World Championships in 2008.
Briefly suspected by CSC, in December 2008 he was cleared by the Luxembourg Federation of having any involvement in Operacion Puerto and was back to racing.
