A picture taken on May 01, 2011 at the Alpes d’Huez, shows a commemorative pannel of the italian rider, Marco Pantani, winner of the Alpe d’Huez in 1997, one of the stages of the 2011 Tour de France cycling race. Running from July 2, to July 24, 2011, the 98th Tour de France will be made up of 21 stages and will cover a total distance of 3.471 kilometres.
