That sounds fantastic! Unfortunately I’ve never been to Norway (not yet anyway), so I’m a little stuck when it comes to offering any advice for good scenic cycle routes.
Visit Norway has a list of the top ten bicycling routes in Norway, of which I think number 5 might be closest to Oslo (might be a two hour trip depending on transport options available).
You might have to run this site through Google Translate as it is in Norwegian only but Cycling Norway looks like it has route maps and suggestions to browse through.
There is also general cycling in Norway advice on the UK cycletourer site.
